If it is your preference to be cremated then it is important to put your request in writing, otherwise a member of your immediate family [over the age of 18 years] may object to this and your preference may be denied. This does not happen often, but it is wise to be aware. We can record your preference at our office and if desired you can even purchase a memorial in advance of need, which can be a saving in the long term.
